Welcome to the First Nations Chiefs of Police Association

Message from the President

Welcome to the First Nations Chiefs of Police (FNCPA) website.

As the FNCPA President and Chief of Police for Rama, Ontario I am pleased you’ve visited our site and I hope it meets your expectations. The association is a proud group of police leaders representing standalone First Nation Police Services across this Country from coast to coast. Each service is as unique as the community(s) they serve, a diversity that is embraced and harnessed as a strength.

My efforts as President will focus on highlighting the tremendous work of each service and to advocate for the continued advancement of the First Nations Policing Program (FNPP) that is delivered in partnership through Public Safety Canada, the Provinces and Communities.

John C. Domm, M.O.M., BAA, MA, CMM III
